YHU Terminal has around 200 employees dedicated to all of its operational and administrative activities. At the same time, the terminal plays a leading role in the port ecosystem, contributing to the creation of around 500 direct jobs through its network of partners.

YHU Terminal has an annual capacity of up to 4 million passengers, representing an average of approximately 10,000 passengers per day. During peak periods, this number can exceed 15,000 passengers daily, demonstrating the terminal's ability to efficiently handle high volumes of travelers while maintaining a smooth and secure experience.

YHU Terminal has nine modern boarding gates, designed to optimize passenger flow and provide a smooth, comfortable boarding experience that is completely sheltered from the elements.

YHU Terminal is based on a model that is unique in Canada and even worldwide. It handles all airport operations on site, including baggage handling and ground operations, Jet A fueling, aircraft deicing, and catering services, among others. This integrated approach allows for optimal coordination of services and increased operational efficiency.
